I am sorry to report that my sister, Kimberly Spencer Davenport died on Sunday December 21, 2025 from pancreatic cancer. While Kim spent her last year of high school in Hawaii, she always maintained a strong bond with Fort Hunt High School and all the friends that she made there. She married Wade Davenport (class of 1967) in 1972 and together they had one child, Aaron born in 1973.

Later in life she attended law school at the University of California Berkeley. After graduation, she specialized in health care law. In 1987 she met Tim Ware, they married in 1988 and lived in the Oakland hills. Although in pain for the last year, she kept a smile on her face and always asked about others. We 'others' loved her deeply.
