DECEASED ALUM:  RICHARD OTTEN, FHHS '68

It was reported in the "In Memory" binder at the 2023 All-Class Picnic that Richard Otten passed.

This was not confirmed as I was unable to find an obituary online for Richard and the comment was added to the book anonymously. Online obituaries got their start in the 2000's and it's possible that Richard passed before then as not deceased date was given.

Richard did not have a senior photo in the 1968 Fortress, as his family may have moved, but I found him in the 1967 Fortress as a junior.
