"Kathleen died in a parachute mishap. She was sky-diving and neither her main chute or her back-up chute opened. She was always an adventuress, and lived in Paris for several years after college graduation. She was a fascinating person and had a remarkable ability to throw herself into whatever caught her attention, and I have greatly missed her over the years."
