DECEASED ALUM:  JOHN JEFFERS, FHHS '79

JEFFERS, John William, 61, of Midlothian, Va. went to be with the Lord on August 26, 2022. He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Rosemary Jeffers. He is survived by his wife, Mary Ann Jeffers; son, Sean Jeffers; brothers, Jerry Jeffers and Tom Jeffers. He worked as an ICU nurse at Reston Hospital for 10 years. He loved all types of music, especially Frank Sinatra.

John was a loving husband, caring father and devoted brother. The family will receive friends 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, August 31, 2022 at Bliley’s-Chippenham, 6900 Hull Street Rd. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:30 a.m. Thursday, September 1, 2022 at St. Gabriel Catholic Church, 8901 Winterpock Rd. Interment to follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery.
