Becky was born in Charleston, SC, and she was the daughter of CAPT, USN (Ret.) Edwards and Carolyn (Sharpless) Little of Alexandria, VA. In addition to her three children, she is survived by her husband, Joseph D. "Jody" Shelby to whom she was married for 22 years, her sister, Allison Roberts, and her brother, Edwards S. Little, Jr., LTC PA Army National Guard and a number of nieces and nephews who loved her very much.

A wonderful, fun loving person and a dear friend and sweetheart during high school and college. Rest in peace. Our thoughts and condolences to her family and friends.
