LESSONS FROM LOU --
*Live a Balanced Life* -- and he did.
*Cherish your Family and your Friends* -- He made time and created fun.
*Do what your are Passionate about, Don't Let It Slip Away* --    I know everyone of his children is accomplished at white water rafting and his friends accompanied him frequently.
I understand Lacrosse is thriving in Fairfax county, and will miss his contributions in the future.

"Advice from a River" -
Go with the flow -- Immerse yourself in  Nature -- Slow down and meander --
Go around obstacles.  Be thoughtful of those downstream.
Stay current, the beauty is in the Journey.
