DAVID ANTHONY POULIN Of Alexandria, VA, passed away at home on August 25, 2009. He was the beloved husband of Anne and devoted father of Michael, Kathleen and Patrick. He is also survived by his parents, Al and Anna Poulin; brothers, Frank (Wei) and Ian; sister, Cathy; nieces and nephews. Memorial service will be held on September 4, 2009 at the Bethany Lutheran Church in Alexandria, VA.
