We just found out last night that CINDI BALLARD (FHHS '75), younger sister of DUEL and KATHY BALLARD passed away on Friday.
There are no details yet as to what happened. They have to do an autopsy. She was at the Outer Banks got out of a hot tub, walked up the stairs, came inside, said her stomach hurt, collapsed and was unconscious, was air lifted to Norfolk and died there.

I am absolutely shocked at reading this. She lived down the street from me and we were good friends. She got me involved in girls crew at school.
