I believe Joe was killed in a car accident Dec. 1977, we (Joe's class 1977) were in our first year of college. The accident was on Ft. Hunt rd. Joe was a good guy, had a great since of humor and had a wonderful family. I still see his older brother Mike in the area. Good people!
