Lisa Ercolano posted about his passing on the Fort Hunt High School FB page providing the following information:
It is with a heavy heart that Steve, Lisa David and Maria are having to say goodbye to their brother John Class of 1976 … John passed away at his home on Wednesday … there will be a celebration of his life on Thursday October 10, 2024 at 2 PM at Arcola United Methodist Church, 24757 Arcola Mills Drive, Dulles, VA 20166. I'm so sorry for your loss. I had a crush on your brother in 7th grade and I just saw him, in what seems like forever, at our reunion in Old Town in 2016. We had fun dancing and catching up. Hard to believe he's gone! Again my sincerest condolences. Susan Haynes Tyrrell
