Of Fairfax, Virginia, passed away on Tuesday, November 18, 2014 at her home. Deborah was born on November 25, 1950 in Washington, DC to Donald E. Vincent and Evelyn Flack Vincent. Deborah was a graduate of Ft. Hunt High School where she was an member of Tri Hi Y. She attended Hampton University and The University of MD, College Park.

She married Bruce E. Kenney in 1988. She was a devoted wife and mother. Deborah is survived by her husband, daughter, Aisha Kenney Johnson and was preceded in death by her son, Imani. A Celebration of Life service will be held at Antioch Baptist Church, 6531 Little Ox Rd., Fairfax Station, VA 22309. Viewing will be from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. and services beginning at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
