Karl died suddenly on 12-06-14. After graduating from FHHS, he moved to Houston and attended the University of Houston. He met the love of his life, Susan, married and their son, Neil, was born a few years later. He and Susan, were planning on retiring next year. Karl was employed at the St Agnes Academy working in the library department.

He was a walking encyclopedia and loved sharing his knowledge with the students. For many years he was a volunteer for the Bridges For Life organization. Once a week he would drive to the prison and work with convicts individually to better their lives. Karl was a wise, witty, simple man who enjoyed life. He will be missed by many.
