So sorry to hear about Nina's passing.  Nina was my step-sister.  After her father died, we had no further contact.  I am sure she will be missed by those family members she was close too.  May she rest in peace.

I remember Nina and her brother Tom.  We were classmates at both Walt Whitman and Fort Hunt.  They were an extremely close pair of siblings.  My condolences to the family.

My concolences to the LaVenia family, especially Tom.  I remember Nina and Tom well, and that they were close. I don't believe that, with the exception of losing a child, there is anything harder than to lose a sibling, especially twin.  My heart is with you and I pray that fond memories will carry you through the difficult times.
