Gail passed away on June 22, 2005, at age 54 after losing her battle with breast cancer.  She resided in Houston, TX, and is survived by her parents; Jean Marie & Robert Doerpinghaus; her siblings & their partners/wife/husbands: Diana, Jan, Bob II, Anne Marie, Monica, Josephine, Matthew; her daughter; Sarah, and numerous neices and nephews and loving friends.

"My sister was a wonderful person, sister, daughter, aunt, niece and mother. She was an RN with a specialty in Substance Abuse. She was always there for us no matter what was going on and time. I miss her deeply, but know she is with me in spirit."

She fought Breast Cancer hard for over 10 years. She became a RN and loved helping the various people in her charge. She is missed daily. She left a hole in our hearts, but is with us in spirit."
