ROGER D. RHODARMER On November 14, 2009, Roger D. Rhodarmer, 60 of Brigantine, NJ. He was the son of the late Elizabeth Willis Rhodarmer of Richmond, VA and Maj Gen Roger K. Rhodarmer, USAF, Retired of Canton, NC. Surviving are his close friend Terry Graboyes of Philadelphia, PA; daughter, Michelle Rhodarmer Ward of Apollo Beach, FL; sister and brother-in-law, Susan and Curtis Grina of Woodland Park, CO; step-mother Geraldine Rhodarmer of Columbia, SC; half-sister and brother-in-law, Laura and Alexander Kalkman of Breukelen, The Netherlands; half brother Brian K. Rhodarmer of Norman, Oklahoma and nieces and nephews Roger, Sophia, Quentin and Charlotte Kalkman of The Netherlands.

Roger was born in Newport News, VA spending most of this childhood and adult years in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Roger attended Fort Hunt High School in Alexandria, VA graduating in 1968. He then went on to receive his B.S. in Electrical Engineering Technology in Laurel, MD, and his MBA from Averett College in Arlington, VA.

Roger also attended Program Management courses with the Defense Systems Management College at Fort Belvoir, VA. Roger enjoyed a long career as a Systems Test Engineer working with major government engineering contractors supporting the U.S. Coast Guard and FAA Air Traffic Control Systems.

While employed with Lockheed Martin, Roger moved to the Atlantic City, NJ area in 1999 to live and work and made his home on the waters of Brigantine, NJ. Roger loved boating, fishing, and skiing. Services will be held privately by the family. Published in The Washington Post on November 22, 2009.
