I found out Jim (and I think his brother Tom also) passed only recently and was stunned. The Torberts lived on our street and I knew "Jimmy" from 1st grade through 12th. Shocking to think about someone from childhood being gone already, wonder if anyone knows more they might share about Jim's passing. I've had Jim in my thoughts since i found out and taken his passing as another reminder to try to appreciate every day.
